Information of 2017 HAKONE SUNSET CREEK BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL

[Application for performance on stage]
You can apply for 10 minutes performance on festival’s main stage.

Please send email to following email address with information of:
1. Band name,
2. Phone number,
3. Simple band introduction,
4. Arrival date and time

Please send us before 2017-August-12th.

Since there will be a lot of band entry, we have to adjust band schedule.
Please be patient that band schedule will be released just before few days from the festival.

[Important! caution]
1. Please take all of your trash home with you when you leave.

2. Since parking places will be crowded especially on Saturday, please follow the instructions of staff.
Parking place for people joining bluegrass festival is limited. You cannot park in #2 parking area.
Don’t park in front of houses.

3. Please take care of your valuables like music instruments on your own.

[Popularity vote]

Please write down three bands you like on a number ticket, and deposit in the ballot box at reception.
Top three bands will get free pass of the Hakone festival of the next year. People who vote have chance to get special prize by drawing.
